What is Biomechanics?

Sports biomechanics refers to the study and analysis of athletes and athletic activities. By studying the movements of the body and the forces acting on the body, our Raleigh physical therapists are able to enhance exercise and sport performance while also giving the athlete guidance on how to prevent injuries.
